Instructions
Lightly salt the inside and outside of the fish, then rub them with olive oil. Optionally, sprinkle black pepper and thyme inside and out for added flavor.
Place lemon slices inside each fish.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the fish on it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes, depending on the size of the fish.
