<p>Karalahana sadece ülkemize özgü olmayıp dünya çapında da mutfaklarda yaygın olarak kullanılan bir sebzedir. C vitamininden zengin olup, A, B, E vitaminleri ile kalsiyum, potasyum, kükürt, magnezyum, bakır ve demir minerallerini de bol miktarda içerir.</p>

Tüm malzemeleri yerleştirdikten sonra yağlı kağıdın etrafını hava almayacak şekilde kapatıyoruz. Bu sayede buharı içinde kalacak ve balık daha yumuşak olacaktır.</p>

<h2>HAZIRLANIŞI:</h2>
<p>Karalahana yapraklarını yıkadıktan sonra doğrayın ve yağlı kağıda yerleştirin.</p>
<p>Filetoları yıkadıktan sonra güzelce suyunu süzün ve karalahana yapraklarının üstüne yerleştirin.</p>
<p>Sarımsakları balığın üzerine, mantarları ve domatesleri de etrafına dağıtıp hepsinin üstüne tuz ve karabiber serpin.</p>
<p>Yağlı kağıdın üstünü kapatıp hava almayacak şekilde kenarlarını kıvırın.</p>
<p>Önceden ısıttığınız fırında 15-20 dk kadar pişirin.</p>
<p>Bu süre somon filetonun büyüklüğüne ve fırınınızın tipine göre değişebilir.</p>
<p>Yanında limon dilimleri ile servis yapabilirsiniz.</p>
