Sadece pratik olması değil aynı zamanda kızarmış peynir, sarımsak ve limon aromasının karidese kattığı lezzet de sizi cezbedecek. Hele kızarmış ekmek ile denemenizi şiddetle tavsiye edebileceğim bir lezzet.</p>
<p>Karides seçiminde ufak boy çimçim kullanabileceğiniz gibi jumbo karides de kullanabilirsiniz. Eğer jumbo kullanacaksanız kuyruk bölümündeki kabukları üzerinde bırakabilirsiniz. Ancak ufak boy çimçim kullanacaksanız tümüyle temizlemenizi tavsiye ederim.</p>

<p><a href="https://baliktarifi.com/tereyagli-karabiberli-karides-tarifi">Karidesleri</a> tavada tereyağında sarımsak eşliğinde hafif pişirdikten sonra tüm malzemelerle karıştırıp ufak güveçlerde fırında pişiriyoruz. Peynir kızarmaya başlayınca fırından çıkarıp 3-4 dinlendirdikten sonra servis yapabilirsiniz.</p>

<li>500 gr karides (jumbo karides veya ufak boy çimçim de kullanabilirsiniz)</li>
<li>2 yemek kaşığı tereyağı</li>
<li>4-5 diş sarımsak (dövülmüş veya ince doğranmış)</li>
<li>2 yemek kaşığı limon suyu</li>
<li>3 yemek kaşığı mayonez</li>
<li>100 gram kadar krem peynir</li>
<li>3 yemek kaşığı yoğurt</li>
<li>Yarım su bardağı mozzarella peynir (rendelenmiş)</li>
<li>1 çay bardağı parmesan peyniri</li>
<li>2 yemek kaşığı maydanoz (ince doğranmış)</li>
<li>Yarım çay kaşığı pul biber (isteğe bağlı)</li>

<h2>HAZIRLANIŞI:</h2>
<p>Karidesleri temizledikten sonra güzelce yıkayın ve suyunu süzün.</p>
<p>Bir tava içerisinde tereyağını eritip sarımsakları (ve kullanıyorsanız pul biberleri) hafif pembeleşene dek 1-2 dk kavurup karidesleri ilave edin.</p>
<p>Karidesi de 1 dk kadar kavurduktan sonra limon suyunu ilave edin ve limon suyu kaynamaya başladıktan 1 dk sonra ocağı kapatın.</p>
<p>Bir kap içerisinde tüm malzemeleri karıştırdıktan sonra ufak güveç kaplarına alın.</p>
<p>Önceden ısıtmış olduğunuz fırında 180 derecede 15 dk kadar peynirlerin üstü kızarana dek pişirin.</p>
