Bunun için de dengeli ve sağlıklı beslenme çok önemli tabii ki. Balık severler ve sağlıklı beslenmeye çalışanlar için her zaman taze balığa ulaşmak mümkün olmuyor. Bu yüzden sokağa çıkma kısıtlaması olduğu günlerde evinizdeki ton balığı konservesi stoğunun bitmediğinden emin olun derim.</p>



<p>Her gün evde olunca hangi yemeği yapacağını da bilemiyor insan. Alın size kararsız kaldığınızda yapabileceğiniz ama sonradan alışkanlığa dönüşecek sağlıklı ve pratik bir atıştırmalık.<strong> Kızarmış ekmek üstünde ton balıklı salata</strong>. Üstelik cheddar peyniri ve domates ile.</p>



<p>Tarif oldukça kolay. Ton balığı konservesinin yağını süzdürüp bir kaba boşaltın. Üzerine biraz mayonez, turşu, soğan, tuz ve karabiber ekleyip karıştırın. Ekmek dilimlerinin üstüne sürüp cheddar peyniri ve domates ile süsleyip pişirin.</p>



<p>İster fırında ister ızgarada yapabileceğiniz bu tarifte ekmeğin kıtırlığı tamamen sizin damak zevkinize kalmış. Dilerseniz Cheddar peyniri eriyene kadar, dilerseniz de ekmekler iyice kıtırlaşana kadar pişirebilirsiniz. Fırında pişirecekseniz fırının en üst rafına koyup üst ısıtıcıyı çalıştırın. Ayrıca bir kap içerisinde biraz su ilave ederseniz ekmekler hafif buharda pişeceğinden oldukça hoş bir kıvama gelecektir.</p>
