<p><strong>Levrek, uygun bir şekilde pişirildiğinde istisnasız herkesin sevebileceği bir balık.</strong> Yağ dengesi öylesine muhteşem ki ister fırında, ister ızgarada, isterseniz <a href="https://baliktarifi.com/tavada-tereyagli-sarimsakli-levrek-fileto-tarifi" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>tavada</strong></a>, isterseniz de buharda pişirebilirsiniz. Çorbası diğer <strong><a href="https://baliktarifi.com/cocuklar-icin-balikli-tarhana-corbasi" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">balık çorbalarına</a></strong> göre daha hafif ve lezzetli olur. Yeni balık yemeğe başlayan bebeklere ve çocuklara ilk bu tavsiye edilir.</p>
<p>Öyle güzel bir memlekette yaşıyoruz ki denizlerimizde doğal ortamda büyüyen deniz levrekleri olduğu gibi çiftlikte yetiştirilenleri de her balık tezgahında görebilirsiniz. Keşke avlanma ile ilgili yasal düzenlemeler yapılırken uzmanların da fikri alınsa ve bu yasalar tam uygulansa da gelecek nesillere bol çeşit balık olan temiz bir deniz bırakabilsek.</p>

<p><strong>Fırında <a href="https://baliktarifi.com/taylor-swiftten-ilham-alan-kremali-hardalli-firin-balik">levrek</a> pişirmenin en önemli püf noktası balığı çok pişirmeyip hafif sulu bırakmaktır.</strong> <strong>Piştikten sonra fırından çıkarıp servis edene kadar suyunu çekeceğinden tam kıvamında olacaktır.</strong> O yüzden &#8220;yok ben çok iyi pişmiş, sulu değil kuru seviyorum&#8221; deseniz bile balığın fırından çıktıktan sonra servis edilinceye kadar geçen bu süreyi göz önünde bulundurun.</p>
<p><strong>Levrekler iriyse (500 gr ve üstü) yanlarına bıçak ile birer çizik atabilirsiniz.</strong> Balığı tuz, karabiber ve zeytinyağı ile ovduktan sonra içlerine limon dilimleri ve dilerseniz defne yaprağı yerleştirip <strong>yağlı kağıda</strong> yerleştiriyoruz. Balıkların yanına havuç ve soğan koyup kekik serpiyor ve yağlı kağıdı kapatıp önceden ısıttığınız fırında pişiriyoruz.</p>
<p>Bu arada balığın yanına havuç ve soğan inanılmaz yakışıyor. Bazen abartıp 5-6 tane havuç doğramaya başlayınca, &#8220;Tamam yeter hepsini nasıl yiyeceğiz&#8221; diye eşim beni frenliyor. Sonra da sofrada havuçları ve soğanları paylaşamıyoruz. Hatta evimizin minik neşesi oğluşumuz bile bu havuç kapma yarışına katılmıyor değil 😀</p>

Bu yazıda basit ama oldukça lezzetli bir tarif hazırladık.</p>

<p><a href="https://baliktarifi.com/firinda-pratik-butun-levrek-tarifi" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Levreği fırında</strong> </a>pişirirken eğer üstünü yağlı kağıt ile kapatmazsanız 180 derecede normal ayarlarda yaklaşık 25-30 dakikada pişer. Patates ise 30-35 dakikayı bulur. Bunu dengeleyebilmek için patatesleri biraz ince doğramanız gerekir. İri boy levrek kullanacaksanız balıkların pişme süresi 30-35 dakikayı bulacağından patatesler ile hemen hemen aynı anda pişmiş olacaktır. Bu süreler fırınınızın tipine ve kullandığınız ayarlara göre değişmekle birlikte 5 dakika daha yukarı çekebilirsiniz. Dikkat etmeniz gereken tek şey balıkları kurutmayın.</p>

<p>Balıkların altına patatesleri yerleştirdikten sonra balıkların içine ve etrafına da bol miktarda limon dilimleri koyuyoruz. Birer adet defne yaprağı da oldukça hoş bir aroma verecek. Defne yaprağı yerine dilerseniz biberiye de kullanabilir, isteğe bağlı olarak balıkların iç kısmına kekik serpebilirsiniz.</p>

Eğer patatesleri biraz kalın doğrarsanız bu süre biraz artabilir. 300-350 gr ebatlarında bir levreğin üstü açık bir şekilde pişme süresi yaklaşık 25-30 dk kadardır. Sayı veya ebat artarsa bu süre yaklaşık 5 dk kadar artar. Biraz iri boy levrek alırsanız patates ve levrekler hemen hemen aynı anda pişecektir. Balıklarınız ufaksa patatesleri ufak doğrayabilirsiniz.</span></div></div>
