Karides güveç yiyip de memnun kalmayan yoktur herhalde. Mantar, biber, domates, sarımsak ve tabii ki kaşar peyniri. Mantarlı karides güveç yapmak için gerekenler sadece bunlar. 25 dk gibi bir sürede enfes bir ziyafet hazır.</p>
<p>Tezgahlarda Jumbo karides ve çimçim denilen ufak boy karidesi görürsünüz. <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong><a href="https://baliktarifi.com/izgarada-kekikli-jumbo-karides-tarifi" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Jumbo karides</a></strong></span> biraz daha yağlı olduğundan genelde ızgara ve fırında pişirilirken, sote veya güveç için genellikle ufak boy karides (çimçim) tercih edilir. Aslında bunun en temel sebebi de aralarındaki fiyat farkıdır.</p>
<p>Karides güveç için aslında birçok farklı tarif mevcut. Sade bir karides güveç isterseniz tereyağı, pul biber, kekik, tuz ve karidesleri güvece alıp fırında 7-8 dk pişirmeniz yeterli. Ancak şahsen bu tarifte olduğu gibi mantarlı domatesli halini tercih ederim. Ekmeği bana bana yerken yanına başka bir şey istemeyeceğiniz enfes bir lezzet.</p>
<p>Burada temel olarak bir mantar sote hazırlayıp en son karidesleri ilave ediyorsunuz. Ardından tüm malzemeleri güvece alıp (tabii ki önceden ısıtılmış bir güveç) kaşar serpip fırında 5-6 dk kadar pişiriyorsunuz. Güveç ısıyı hapsettiği için önceden mutlaka ısıtmanız gerekir. Güveç pişirmenin en temel konularından birisidir bu.</p>
<p>Dikkat etmeniz gereken bir diğer önemli detay ise servis ettiğiniz <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong><a href="https://baliktarifi.com/karides" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">karides</a></strong></span> güvece ekmek banabilmek gerekir. Yani sulu olmalıdır. Eğer soteleme sırasında suyunu çektiyse biraz domates suyu desteği ile fırına verin derim. Şimdiden afiyet olsun.</p>

Malzeme konusunda yeşil biber kullanabileceğiniz gibi ilaveten kırmızı biber de ekleyebilirsiniz. Çok da güzel olur. Önemli bir ayrıntı karides güveç biraz sulu olmalıdır. Eğer sote susuz kalmışsa fırına koymadan önce biraz domates suyu desteğinde bulunabilirsiniz.</span></div></div>

<p>Karides seçiminde ufak boy çimçim kullanabileceğiniz gibi jumbo karides de kullanabilirsiniz. Eğer jumbo kullanacaksanız kuyruk bölümündeki kabukları üzerinde bırakabilirsiniz. Ancak ufak boy çimçim kullanacaksanız tümüyle temizlemenizi tavsiye ederim.</p>

<li>4-5 diş sarımsak (dövülmüş veya ince doğranmış)</li>
<li>2 yemek kaşığı limon suyu</li>
<li>3 yemek kaşığı mayonez</li>
<li>100 gram kadar krem peynir</li>
<li>3 yemek kaşığı yoğurt</li>
<li>Yarım su bardağı mozzarella peynir (rendelenmiş)</li>
<li>1 çay bardağı parmesan peyniri</li>
<li>2 yemek kaşığı maydanoz (ince doğranmış)</li>
<li>Yarım çay kaşığı pul biber (isteğe bağlı)</li>

<h2>HAZIRLANIŞI:</h2>
<p>Karidesleri temizledikten sonra güzelce yıkayın ve suyunu süzün.</p>
<p>Bir tava içerisinde tereyağını eritip sarımsakları (ve kullanıyorsanız pul biberleri) hafif pembeleşene dek 1-2 dk kavurup karidesleri ilave edin.</p>
<p>Karidesi de 1 dk kadar kavurduktan sonra limon suyunu ilave edin ve limon suyu kaynamaya başladıktan 1 dk sonra ocağı kapatın.</p>
<p>Bir kap içerisinde tüm malzemeleri karıştırdıktan sonra ufak güveç kaplarına alın.</p>
<p>Önceden ısıtmış olduğunuz fırında 180 derecede 15 dk kadar peynirlerin üstü kızarana dek pişirin.</p>
