										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Pesto aslen Kuzey İtalya bölgesinde bulunan Cenova kökenli içerisinde fesleğen, zeytinyağı, parmesan peyniri, çam fıstığı ve sarımsak barındıran İtalyan mutfağına ait bir sostur. Geleneksel yapılış metodu olan ve Latince ezmek anlamına gelen pistare sözcüğünden türemiştir. Kökeni Antik Roma&#8217;ya kadar dayanan Pesto, günümüzde dünya mutfağında oldukça sevilen bir sostur.</p>
<p>Özellikle makarnalarda, ızgara etlerde, pizza, sandviç ve salata gibi birçok tarifte kullanabileceğiniz pesto sosu balıklara da oldukça yakışıyor. Sosu hazırlayıp kavanoz içerisinde buzdolabında 2 haftaya kadar saklayabilirsiniz. Buzlukta ise 3-4 ay kadar saklayabilirsiniz.</p>
<p>Tarife birebir uymak zorunda değilsiniz. Çam fıstığı sevmeyenler ceviz kullanabilir mesela. Veya parmesan peyniri kullanmak zorunda da değilsiniz. Bazı tariflerde fesleğen kullanmak yerine roka da kullanabilirsiniz. Biraz da göz kararı yapabileceğiniz bir sos olan pestoyu yapıp dolapta bulundurmakta fayda var. Sadece balık tariflerinde değil makarnalara da oldukça yakışıyor bu sos.</p>

<p>1 çay kaşığı tuz (deniz tuzu varsa çok daha iyi olur.)</p>

<h2>HAZIRLANIŞI:</h2>
<p>Öncelikle fesleğen yapraklarını yıkayıp iyice kurutun.</p>
<p>Çam fıstıklarını bir tavaya alıp orta ateşte rengi değişene kadar kavurun.</p>
<p>Blendera zeytinyağı, sarımsak, fesleğen, tuz, kavrulmuş fıstıkları ve rendelenmiş parmesan peynirini koyun ve çalıştırın.</p>
<p>Tüm malzemeler iyice parçalanıp birbirine karışınca cam kavanoza alın.</p>
<p>Buzdolabında en azından yarım saat dinlendirdikten sonra kullanabilirsiniz.</p>
