<p>Eğer robot kullanmıyorsanız ekmekleri 2 avucunuzun arasında ufalayabilirsiniz. Cevizleri ve sarımsakları dövdükten sonra bütün malzemelerle karıştırabilirsiniz.</p>
<p>Tarator sosunuz hazır. Kalamar tavanın yanında servis yapmadan önce birkaç saat buzdolabında dinlendirmenizi öneririm.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Somon balığı balıklar arasında en fazla omega 3 yağ asitleri değerlerine sahip olması ile ünlü ve bu sebepten tüm doktorlar ve beslenme uzmanları tarafından haftada en az 2 defa tüketilmesi öğütlenen bir balıktır. EPA ve DHA gibi omega 3 yağ asitleri basit anlatımla hücre zarının geçirgenliğini artırarak besinlerin emilimini kolaylaştırır. Bu sayede bağışıklık sisteminin güçlenmesine, gebelik süresinde anne karnındaki bebeğin hızlı gelişimine, aynı şekilde küçük yaştaki çocukların zeka ve bedensel gelişimine yardımcı olur. Yetişkinler için de bir o kadar önemli olan omega 3 yağ asitleri kas ve sinir sisteminin düzenlenmesine yardımcı olmakla birlikte ilerleyen yaşlarda Alzheimer gibi hastalıklarla karşılaşma riskini de azaltır.</p>
<p>Vücudumuz omega 3 yağ asitlerini kendisi üretemediğinden dışarıdan almak zorundayız. Tüm balıklar omega 3 kaynağı olarak bilinmekle birlikte en fazla somon balığında bulunmaktadır. Onun haricinde ceviz, fındık, soya fasulyesi, keten tohumu, mısır yağı, kurutulmuş kekik, karanfil gibi gıdalarda da omega 3 yer almaktadır.</p>
<p>Bu tarifte sizlere tam bir omega 3 patlaması yaşatacağız. Korkmayın omega 3 ün fazlası zararlı değil 🙂</p>
<p>Ceviz ile hazırlanana çıtır bir karışıma batırdığımız balıkları önce tavada 2-3 dk kadar pişirip mühürlüyoruz ardından fırında pişiriyoruz. Üzerine enfes bir aroma veren limon sosu hazırlayıp öyle servis yapıyoruz. Oldukça sağlıklı ve bir o kadar da lezzetli tarifimize başlayalım:</p>

<h2>HAZIRLANIŞI:</h2>
<p>Somon filetoları yıkadıktan sonra suyunu süzün.</p>
<p>Cevizli çıtır karışımı hazırlamak için ceviz, ekmek kırıntısı ve maydanozu mutfak robotunda karıştırın. Çok inceltmenize gerek yok. Damak tadına göre tuz ve karabiber ekleyip karıştırın.</p>
<p>Bir kap içerisinde cevizli çıtır karışım ve somon filetoları karıştın. Etlerin her tarafına bu karışımdan iyice yedirin.</p>
<p>Genişçe bir teflon tavada tereyağını eritin ve balıkları yerleştirip orta ateşte her bir yüzünü 2 dk kadar pişirin.</p>
<p>Yağlı kağıt serdiğiniz fırın kabına tavada pişirdiğiniz balıkları alın ve önceden ısıtmış olduğunuz fırında 200 derecede 13-15 dk kadar pişirin.</p>
<p>Balıklar fırında pişerken limon sosumuzu yapalım:</p>
<p>Bir sos kabı içerisinde bal, soya sosu, esmer şeker, zencefil, sarımsak, limon suyu ve mısır ununu karıştırın. Orta ateşte kaynatmaya başlayın. Kaynamaya başlayınca ocağın altını kısın ve 3-4 dk kadar sos iyice yoğunlaşıncaya kadar pişirmeye devam edin.</p>
<p>Balıkları fırından çıkardıktan sonra sosu sıcak sıcak üzerine dökün ve servis yapın.</p>
