										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dil balığı, beyaz etli ve kılçıksız balıklardan olup lezzetli ve kıymetli bir balıktır. Pek yağlı olmayan yapısı sebebiyle genelde tavada pişirilse de usulüne uygun yapıldığında ızgarada ve fırında da çok lezzetli olur. Balık restoranlarında fileto çıkarılan dil balıkları şişte ızgarada pişirilerek servis yapılırlar.</p>
<p><strong>Dil balığı</strong> kılçıksız ve az yağlı olduğu için çocuklarına balık yedirmek isteyene ebeveynlerin tercihi oluyor. Dip balığı olmasına rağmen kumluk ve temiz bölgelerde yaşadığı için diğer dip balıklarının aksine cıva yönünden çok daha güvenli bir balıktır. Bu yüzden çocuklarınıza güvenle yedirebilirsiniz. Ancak çocuğunuz balık tadına alışmışsa ve daha yağlı balıklarla ilgili sorun yaşamıyorsanız omega-3 yağ asitleri yönünden daha zengin balıkları tercih edebilirsiniz.</p>
<p>Bu yazıda sizler için patates eşliğinde fırında dil balığı tarifi derledik. Patatesleri ince ince doğrayıp tuz, karabiber, zeytinyağı ve sarımsak ile harmanlayıp bir ön pişirme yapıyoruz. Yaklaşık 25-30 dk kadar pişirdiğimiz patatesleri fırından çıkarıp üzerlerine dil balıklarını yerleştirip tekrar pişirmeye devam ediyoruz.</p>
<p>Eğer iri boy dil balığı bulabilirseniz fileto çıkarmanızı tavsiye ederim. Dil balığı her ne kadar kılçıksız bir balık olsa da bu sayede hiç uğraşsız bir yemek yiyebilir ve çok daha güzel sunumlar hazırlayabilirsiniz.</p>

<p>Fileto çıkardığınız dil balıklarını rulo şeklinde patates dilimleri üzerine yerleştirip 15-20 dk kadar daha pişirin. Bu süre balıkların kalınlığına ve fırının tipine göre değişir. Unutmayın dil balığı hızlı pişen bir balıktır. Çok pişirip de kurutmamaya özen gösterin.</p>

<p>Bu yazıda dil balıklarını tereyağı ve zeytinyağı içerisinde kızarttıktan sonra servis tabağına alıyoruz. Kalan yağ içerisinde limon suyu, maydanoz, kekik, tuz ve karabiber ile bir sos hazırlayıp balıkların üzerine gezdirip servis yapıyoruz. Tereyağının yanmaması için içerisine zeytinyağı ilave ediyoruz. Tereyağı aromasının daha baskın olmasını isterseniz ölçüleri değiştirebilirsiniz.</p>
