Bir kaç püf noktaya dikkat ettiğiniz takdirde balık restoranlarında yediğiniz enfes kalamar dolmasını evinizde hazırlamak hiç de zor değil.</p>
<p>Kalamar tavayı sevmeyenimiz yoktur herhalde. Kalamarı nasıl pişirirseniz pişirin öncesinde bir terbiye işlemi uygulamanız gerekir. <a href="https://baliktarifi.com/kalamar-nasil-yapilir-nasil-pisirilmelidir"><strong>Kalamar Nasıl Yapılır?</strong></a> başlıklı yazımızda bu konuda dikkat etmeniz gereken tüm püf noktalara değindik. Yazıda belirtilen noktalara dikkat ettiğiniz takdirde içi yumuşacık dışı çıtır kalamar tavayı evinizde de kolayca hazırlayabilirsiniz.</p>
<p>Kalamarın dolmasını yaparken bulabilirseniz 750 gr veya 1 kg kadar bebek kalamar denilen ufak boy kalamar kullanmanızı tavsiye ederim. Zira küçük boy bebek kalamarlar piştikten sonra daha yumuşak oluyor.</p>

<p>Bu yazıda kalamar dolması için iç malzeme olarak ıspanak, dereotu, ekmek kırıntısı, Ezine peyniri ve kalamarın ayaklarını kullandık. İç malzemeleri kalamarların içine doldurduktan sonra pişirme sırasında taşmasın ve dökülmesin diye kürdan ile kapatıyoruz. Kürdanları bir bardak su içerisinde yarım saat kadar bekletirseniz pişirme sırasında yanmaz.</p>

<p>Bütün kalamar aldıysanız kalamarın ayaklarını küçük parçalar olarak iç malzemeye karıştırıyoruz. Ekmek kırıntısı ise hafif çıtırlık sağlayacaktır. Ezine peyniri pişme sırasında eriyecek enfes bir aroma verecektir. Sert Ezine peyniri yerine dilerseniz kaşar da kullanabilirsiniz. Ancak kaşarı fazla koyarsanız daha kolay eridiği için pişirme sırasında dışarı taşabilir.</p>
<p>Mangal ateşinde pişirme imkanınız varsa tabii ki çok daha lezzetli sonuçlar alırsınız. Ancak evinizde döküm tavanız varsa mutlaka kullanın derim. Zira bu tarz yemeklerde oldukça hoş bir ızgara seçeneği olacaktır. Şimdiden afiyet olsun 🙂</p>
