<p>Somon balığı hızlı pişen bir balık olduğundan yapışmaz tavada kapağı kapalı halde 3-4 dk gibi kısa sürede pişer. Hafif sulu kalması lezzeti katlayacaktır. Hem bu sayede balığın yağı yanmayacak ortama da kötü koku salmayacaktır.</p>
