Damak tadına göre kimisi sade severken kimisi de çeşitli baharatlar veya sebzelerle birlikte pişirmeyi sever. Her ne kadar Osmanlı zamanından bu yana Anadolu&#8217;mutfağında, balığı çeşitli baharat ve sebzelerle pişirme yöntemleri olsa da zamanla bunlar unutula gelmiş. Bu yazıda basit ama oldukça lezzetli bir tarif hazırladık.</p>

<p><a href="https://baliktarifi.com/firinda-pratik-butun-levrek-tarifi" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Levreği fırında</strong> </a>pişirirken eğer üstünü yağlı kağıt ile kapatmazsanız 180 derecede normal ayarlarda yaklaşık 25-30 dakikada pişer. Patates ise 30-35 dakikayı bulur. Bunu dengeleyebilmek için patatesleri biraz ince doğramanız gerekir. İri boy levrek kullanacaksanız balıkların pişme süresi 30-35 dakikayı bulacağından patatesler ile hemen hemen aynı anda pişmiş olacaktır. Bu süreler fırınınızın tipine ve kullandığınız ayarlara göre değişmekle birlikte 5 dakika daha yukarı çekebilirsiniz. Dikkat etmeniz gereken tek şey balıkları kurutmayın.</p>

<p>Balıkların altına patatesleri yerleştirdikten sonra balıkların içine ve etrafına da bol miktarda limon dilimleri koyuyoruz. Birer adet defne yaprağı da oldukça hoş bir aroma verecek. Defne yaprağı yerine dilerseniz biberiye de kullanabilir, isteğe bağlı olarak balıkların iç kısmına kekik serpebilirsiniz.</p>

Bir kabın içerisinde tuz ve karabiber ile harmanlayıp yağlı kağıt serdiğiniz tepsiye yayın.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2885-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Levrekleri yıkayıp suyunu iyice süzdükten sonra içini ve dışını tuz ve karabiber ile iyice ovun. Eğer patatesleri biraz kalın doğrarsanız bu süre biraz artabilir. 300-350 gr ebatlarında bir levreğin üstü açık bir şekilde pişme süresi yaklaşık 25-30 dk kadardır. Sayı veya ebat artarsa bu süre yaklaşık 5 dk kadar artar. Biraz iri boy levrek alırsanız patates ve levrekler hemen hemen aynı anda pişecektir. Balıklarınız ufaksa patatesleri ufak doğrayabilirsiniz.</span></div></div>

Kalabalık sofralar için birebir olan bu tarifi herkes çok sevdi. Misafir geldiğinde gününüzü kurtaracak pratik ama enfes bir patatesli alabalık tarifine hazır olun.</p>
<p>Alabalık az yağ olması sebebiyle genelde tavada pişirilir. Tereyağı ile alabalığın birbirine çok yakıştığını hemen herkes duymuştur. Ama maalesef yanlış bir şeyi düzeltmek gerek. Alabalığı sıvı yağda (ben her yemekte ve kızartmada olduğu gibi zeytinyağı kullanıyorum) kızartıp henüz sıcakken üzerine tereyağı gezdirmek gerek. <strong><a href="https://baliktarifi.com/tavada-tereyagi-soslu-alabalik-tarifi" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Tereyağında pişirmeye</a></strong> kalkarsanız yağ yanar bu da lezzeti bastırır. Mısır ununa bulayıp zeytinyağında kızartın ondan sonra üzerine tereyağı gezdirin bu kadar basit.</p>

<p>Peki alabalık az yağlı ise fırında olmaz mı? Olur hem de harika olur. Fırında balık pişirirken size tavsiyem yağlı kağıt kullanmanız zira enfes bir yemekten kalkıp çaya oturmak varken tepsiyi ovalamak zorunda kalmak istemezsiniz.</p>

<p>Et yemeklerine çok yakışan defne yaprağını sadece fırında balık yaparken değil ızgarada pişirirken de kullanabilirsiniz. Bu tarifte balıklarımıza oldukça hoş bir aroma kazandırıyor.</p>

<p>Patatesler altta kalacağı için size tavsiyem önden baharatını verin. Bir kap içerisinde patatesleri tuz, karabiber ve kekik ile karıştırın. Yağlı kağıt serdiğiniz tepsiye sırasıyla soğan, patates ve balıkları yerleştirin. Sarımsakları da dağıttıktan sonra yağ gezdirip fırına verin.</p>

<p>Böyle bir yemeğin pişme süresi patatesin pişme süresine göre belirlenir. Et yemeği yapıyor olsaydınız pişirme süresi çok da önemli değildi ancak burada balıkların kurumaması gerekiyor. Bu yüzden patatesleri ince ince doğrarsanız daha hızlı pişer. 35 dk gayet yeterli bir süredir. Emin olamıyorsanız sona doğru çatal yardımı ile kontrol edebilirsiniz.</p>

<p>Umalım da böylesi lezzetli, omega-3 yönünden de oldukça zengin bir balık lüfer örneğinde olduğu gibi aşırı ve yanlış avlanma politikaları sonucu özlenen balıklar sınıfına girmesin.</p>
