<p><strong>Bu yazıda broil denen yöntemle yani fırının ızgara bölümünde pişirilen karidesleri dilerseniz şişe geçirip ızgarada pişirebilir veya tavada sote şeklinde de hazırlayabilirsiniz.</strong> Yüksek ısıda karides oldukça hızlı pişen bir deniz ürünüdür. <strong>2-3 dk pişmesi için gayet yeterli bir süredir.</strong> Izgara şiş şeklinde pişirecekseniz bu süreyi 4-5 dk yapabilirsiniz.</p>

<p><strong>Seçtiğiniz pişirme yöntemine göre kullanacağınız karides türü de değişir.</strong> Eğer tavada yapacaksanız jumbo <a href="https://baliktarifi.com/tereyagli-karabiberli-karides-tarifi">karides</a> diye isimlendirilen iri boyları kullanabileceğiniz gibi çimçim diye isimlendirilen ufak boyları da kullanabilirsiniz.</p>
<p>Fırında pişirmek isteyenlere tavsiyemiz bir nebze daha yağlı olan jumbo karidesleri kullanmaları olacaktır. Ayrıca ebat olarak da iri olduğundan pişirme sırasında kurumaz. Ancak dilerseniz süreyi 1 dk daha kısa tutarak ufak boy çimçim de kullanabilirsiniz.</p>

<li>500 gr temizlenmiş karides (Kuyruk kısmını dilerseniz üzerinde bırakabilirsiniz. Hem selenyum yönünden daha zengin hem de görünüm açısından hoş bir yemek olur.)</li>
<li>2 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı</li>
<li>1 yemek kaşığı limon suyu</li>
<li>5-6 diş sarımsak (dövülmüş veya rendelenmiş)</li>
<li>Kimyon (yarım çay kaşığından az)</li>
<li>Pul biber (yarım çay kaşığından az)</li>
<li>Karabiber (yarım çay kaşığından az)</li>
<li>Tuz</li>
<li>1 avuç kadar ince kıyılmış maydanoz (süsleme için)</li>
</ul>
<h2>HAZIRLANIŞI:</h2>
<p>Bir kap içerisinde zeytinyağı, limon suyu, sarımsak, kimyon, karabiber, pul biber, tuz ve karidesleri karıştırın.</p>
<p>Kabın ağzını kapatarak 20 dk kadar buzdolabında dinlendirmenizi tavsiye ederim. Bu sayede baharatlar ve sarımsak ete nüfuz ederek daha lezzetli olmasını sağlar.</p>
<p>Fırının ızgara bölümünde pişirmek için fırının sadece üst ızgara bölümünü aktif hale getirip en üst katmanda pişirmeniz gerekir.</p>
<p>Yanmaz bir fırın kabı veya tavaya sosu ile birlikte döküp tavaya yayın.</p>
<p>Daha önce ısıttığınız <strong>fırında 200 derecede yukarıda belirtilen şekilde 3-4 dk kadar pişirmeniz yeterlidir.</strong> Daha uzun süre pişirirseniz kurur ve elastiki olur.</p>
<p>Fırından çıkardıktan sonra ince kıyılmış maydanoz serpip servis yapabilirsiniz.</p>

<h2>HAZIRLANIŞI:</h2>
<p>Salata sosu için hardal, rendelenmiş limon kabuğu, limon suyu, zeytinyağı, sumak, tuz, karabiber ve pul biberi bir kapta karıştırın. Blender kullanırsanız sos daha iyi kıvama gelecektir. Biraz dinlenmesi için kenara alın.</p>
<p>Geniş bir kap içerisinde 1 adet konserve ton balığını açıp diğer tüm malzemeler ile birlikte güzelce karıştırın.</p>
<p>Hazırladığınız sosu ilave ederek tekrar karıştırın ve yarım saatliğine dinlenmesi için buzdolabına kaldırın.</p>
<p>Servis yapmadan önce nazikce tekrar karıştırın ondan sonra servis tabaklarına koyabilirsiniz.</p>
<p>Yanında domates dilimleri ile süslerseniz daha hoş bir görüntü olacaktır.</p>
