Özellikle evde çocuk varsa ve balık yedirme konusunda sıkıntı yaşıyorsanız bu tarifi mutlaka denemelisiniz. Balık görünümünden ve kokusundan biraz uzaklaşınca, hele de adı köfte olunca çocuklar bayılıyor.</p>
<p>Klasik köfte yapmayı bilen herkesin gözü kapalı yapabileceği bu tarifte somonları önceden fırında pişiriyoruz. Ardından soğan, kırmızı biber ve sarımsağı kavurup diğer malzemeler ile bir kapta karıştırıyoruz.</p>

Dünya mutfağında et, balık, köfte veya sebzeleri kızartırken daha çıtır olması ve hoş görünmesi amacıyla kullanılan hazır paketlenmiş ekmek kırıntısıdır. Yani bizim atmayıp içlerini ufalayarak köfte harcında kullandığımız bayat ekmekleri adamlar kullanıma hazır halde paketleyip raflara koymuşlar. Evet aroması ve kıvamı tam da kızartmalara uygun ama dilerseniz anne mutfağında olduğu gibi bayat ekmek de kullanabilirsiniz.</p>

<p>Soğan ve biberi kavurduğunuz tavayı yıkamadan kullanabilirsiniz. 1 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı ve tereyağında her iki tarafı kızarana dek pişirin yeterli.</p>

<p>Tüm malzemeleri karıştırıp köfte şekli verdikten sonra tavada pişirmek için aşağıdaki yönergeleri takip edebilirsiniz. Eğer sağlıklı bir yemek istiyorum bu yüzden fırında pişireceğim diyorsanız yağlı kağıt serdiğiniz fırın tepsisine dizdikten sonra önceden ısıttığınız fırında 200 derecede 6-7 dk kadar pişirebilirsiniz. Tavada pişirme işleminde olduğu gibi kızarmayacaktır ama tadından da taviz vermeyecektir merak etmeyin.</p>

<p>Birçok aile çocuğuna balık yedirmekte zorlanır. Zira çocukların zihinsel ve bedensel gelişimleri için, sağlıklı birer birey olabilmeleri için <strong><a href="https://baliktarifi.com/omega-6-omega-3-yag-asitleri-ve-balik-makale">OMEGA-3</a></strong> yağ asitlerine ihtiyaçları vardır. Vücudumuz bu omega-3 yağ asitlerini kendisi sentezleyemediği için dışarıdan alınması zorunludur. Beyin gelişimi ile kalp damar hastalıklarını önleyici etkisi olan EPA ve DHA çoklu yağ asitleri ise SADECE balıklarda bulunmaktadır.</p>

<p>Çocukların büyük kısmı kırmızı et ile hazırlanan köfteyi sevdikleri halde fırında pişirdiğiniz veya tavada kızarttığınız balığı yemek istemezler. Genelde kokusundan veya kılçıklarından kaynaklı bir isteksizliktir bu. Bunu aşabilmek ve çocuklarımıza balık tadını alıştırabilmek için biraz çaba sarf etmek gerekiyor.</p>
