										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Somon balığı fırında oldukça kolay pişen bir balıktır. Biraz yağlı olmasına rağmen yapışmaz tavada da kızartabilirsiniz. Bu tarifte hardal ve portakal reçeli karşımı ile pişirdiğiniz somon balığı iştah açıcı bir görünüm ve lezzete kavuşuyor.</p>
<p><strong>İki aşamadan oluşan bu tarifte somonları önce <a href="https://baliktarifi.com/tavada-pratik-somon-tarifi">tavada</a> pişiriyoruz. Ardından hazırladığımız hardal ve reçel karışımına bulayıp biraz da fırında pişiriyoruz.</strong> Somon dilimleri kullanabileceğiniz gibi fileto da kullanabilirsiniz. Hatta daha öncesinden derisini ve kılçığını aldırabilirsiniz çok daha güzel olur.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Somon balığı biraz yağlı balık olmakla birlikte fırında yapmaya çok müsaittir. Farklı baharatlar ve soslar kullanarak marine edebileceğiniz gibi doğrudan da pişirebilirsiniz. Kullandığınız baharata ve sosa göre çok farklı aromalar elde edebilirsiniz. Bu tarifimizde Karadeniz&#8217;de oldukça popüler olan karalahanayı kullanıyoruz. Karalahananın sap ve kalın damarlı kısımlarını atıp biraz daha ince ve taze yerlerini doğrayıp tepsinin altına yerleştiriyoruz. Domates ile süsleyip somon filetoları veya dilimleri yerleştirip hardal, bal ve soya sosu ile hazırladığımız karışımdan sürüyoruz. Gerisi zaten kolay. Şimdiden afiyet olsun 🙂</p>

<li>4 Fincan dolusu doğranmış kara lahana (kalın yerleri, damarları atılmış taze yerlerini kullanın)</li>
<li>10-12 adet çeri domates</li>
<li>2 avuç ince kıyılmış maydanoz</li>
<li>3 yemek kaşığı hardal</li>
<li>1 yemek kaşığı bal</li>
<li>1 yemek kaşığı soya sosu</li>
<li>2 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı</li>
<li>Tuz</li>
<li>Karabiber</li>
</ul>
<h2>HAZIRLANIŞI:</h2>
<p>Bir kap içerisinde hardal, bal ve soya sosunu karıştırın.</p>
<p>Fırın tepsisine yağlı kağıt serin ve üzerine kara lahana yapraklarını, domatesleri yerleştirin. Üzerlerine zeytinyağı, tuz ve karabiber gezdirin.</p>
<p>Somon filetoları yerleştirin ve üzerlerine hardal karışımından sürün.</p>
<p>Daha önceden ısıttığınız fırında 200 derecede 16-18 dk kadar pişirin.</p>
<p>Fırınınızın gücüne ve filetoların kalınlığına göre bu süre değişiklik gösterebilir. Arada çatal yardımıyla kontrol edebilirsiniz.</p>
<p>Sıcak olarak servis tabağına yerleştirip üzerini maydanoz ile süsleyip servis edebilirsiniz.</p>
