Burada önemli olan çorbanın suyunun aromasıdır. Eğer çorba suyu ağır kokulu ve yoğun olursa ne kadar faydalı olursa olsun içenler çok da memnun kalmayacaktır. Çorbanın suyunda balık aroması olmakla birlikte hafif bir tada sahip olmalı ve çok yoğun kıvamlı olmamalıdır. Kullandığınız sebzeler haricinde baharatlar ile de tatlandırabilir, ayrıca limon ile oldukça hafif bir lezzet sağlayabilirsiniz. Özellikle <strong><a class="aioseop-link" href="https://baliktarifi.com/cocuklar-icin-balikli-tarhana-corbasi">çocuklar için balık çorbası</a></strong> yapıyorsanız bu önemlidir.</p>



<p>Balık çorbasının suyunu çeşnilendirmek için en güzel seçenek aslında tavuk suyu yerine yine balık suyu. Daha önce balık çorbası yapmak için balık haşlamış ve suyunu süzüp buzluğa atmışsanız bunu kullanabilirsiniz. Biz bu tarifte herkes için kolay olması adına tavuk suyu kullandık. Daha önce haşladığınız tavuk suyunu buzluğa atmışsanız harika olur. Eğer bu da yoksa mecburen hazır bulyon kullanmanız gerekecek.</p>

<p>Balık çorbasını hazırlarken hangi balığı kullandığınız da önemli. Genellikle beyaz etli, kılçığı kolaylıkla ayıklanabilen ve aroması çok yoğun olmayan balıklar kullanılır. Yani fener balığı, kırlangıç balığı, adabeyi (iskorpit), somon, <strong><a class="aioseop-link" href="https://baliktarifi.com/firinda-levrek-tarifi-pratik-ve-lezzetli">levrek</a></strong>, çipura veya alabalık gibi balıklar çorba için idealdir. Maalesef bu saydıklarımın ilk üçü artık kolaylıkla bulunmuyor.</p>

<p>Çiftlik çipurası veya deniz çipurası kullanabileceğiniz gibi levrek, alabalık, somon, uskumru gibi diğer balıkları da kullanabileceğiniz bu yemekte balıkları öncesinde zeytinyağı, limon suyu ve sarımsak karışımı içerisinde marine ediyoruz. <h2>HAZIRLANIŞI:</h2>
<p>Çipuraları yıkadıktan sonra suyunu süzün. Eğer boyları iriyse yanlarına birkaç adet çizik atabilirsiniz.</p>
<p>Balıkların içini ve dışına tuz ile karabiber serpip elinizle iyice yedirin.</p>
<p>Ufak bir kap içerisinde 1 adet limon suyu, 1 kahve fincanı zeytinyağı ve 3-4 diş dövülmüş veya ince doğranmış sarımsağı karıştırın.</p>
<p>Balıkların içine ve dışına bu karışımı iyice yedirerek bu karışım içerisinde en azından 30 dk kadar dinlenmeye bırakın.</p>

<p>Marine süresinden sonra çipuraları fırın tepsisinin ortasına yerleştirin.</p>
<p>Havuçları ve kereviz saplarını doğrayın. Patatesleri büyüklüğüne göre ikiye veya dörde bölebilirsiniz.</p>
<p>Havuç, kereviz sapı ve yaprakları, patates, mantar (bütün halde) ve kekiği balıkların etrafına dizin. Limon halkalarını da mantarların üzerlerine ve tepsiye rastgele yerleştirin.</p>
<p>Kapta kalan balıklar için hazırladığınız sos ile bir kahve fincanı suyu hepsinin üzerine gezdirin ve tuz serpin.</p>
<p>Daha önceden ısıtmış olduğunuz fırında 200 derecede 30 dk kadar pişirin.</p>
