<p><strong>Levrek, uygun bir şekilde pişirildiğinde istisnasız herkesin sevebileceği bir balık.</strong> Yağ dengesi öylesine muhteşem ki ister fırında, ister ızgarada, isterseniz <a href="https://baliktarifi.com/tavada-tereyagli-sarimsakli-levrek-fileto-tarifi" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>tavada</strong></a>, isterseniz de buharda pişirebilirsiniz. Çorbası diğer <strong><a href="https://baliktarifi.com/cocuklar-icin-balikli-tarhana-corbasi" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">balık çorbalarına</a></strong> göre daha hafif ve lezzetli olur. Yeni balık yemeğe başlayan bebeklere ve çocuklara ilk bu tavsiye edilir.</p>

<p><strong>Fırında <a href="https://baliktarifi.com/taylor-swiftten-ilham-alan-kremali-hardalli-firin-balik">levrek</a> pişirmenin en önemli püf noktası balığı çok pişirmeyip hafif sulu bırakmaktır.</strong> <strong>Piştikten sonra fırından çıkarıp servis edene kadar suyunu çekeceğinden tam kıvamında olacaktır.</strong> O yüzden &#8220;yok ben çok iyi pişmiş, sulu değil kuru seviyorum&#8221; deseniz bile balığın fırından çıktıktan sonra servis edilinceye kadar geçen bu süreyi göz önünde bulundurun.</p>
<p><strong>Levrekler iriyse (500 gr ve üstü) yanlarına bıçak ile birer çizik atabilirsiniz.</strong> Balığı tuz, karabiber ve zeytinyağı ile ovduktan sonra içlerine limon dilimleri ve dilerseniz defne yaprağı yerleştirip <strong>yağlı kağıda</strong> yerleştiriyoruz. Balıkların yanına havuç ve soğan koyup kekik serpiyor ve yağlı kağıdı kapatıp önceden ısıttığınız fırında pişiriyoruz.</p>
<p>Bu arada balığın yanına havuç ve soğan inanılmaz yakışıyor. Bazen abartıp 5-6 tane havuç doğramaya başlayınca, &#8220;Tamam yeter hepsini nasıl yiyeceğiz&#8221; diye eşim beni frenliyor. Sonra da sofrada havuçları ve soğanları paylaşamıyoruz. Hatta evimizin minik neşesi oğluşumuz bile bu havuç kapma yarışına katılmıyor değil 😀</p>

Levreği fırında sade veya baharatlar eşliğinde pişirebileceğiniz gibi bu tarifte olduğu gibi soğan ve biberiye aroması ile de kesinlikle denemelisiniz. Oldukça pratik bir tarif olduğu için de 5 dakikada hazırlayıp hemen fırına verebilirsiniz.</p>
<p>Levrek seçiminde doğal <a href="https://baliktarifi.com/deniz-baligi-mi-ciftlik-baligi-mi" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>deniz levreği</strong></a> veya <strong>çiftlik levreği</strong> kullanabilirsiniz. Ülkemizde maalesef hala kimisi tarafından yanlış anlaşılan bir durum çiftlik balığı meselesi. Levrek tuzlu suda yani denizde yaşayan bir balıktır. Çiftlik balıkları denizlerde kafeslerde yem ile yetiştirilen balıklara denir. Dolayısı ile levrek her halükarda lezzetli bir balıktır.</p>
<p>Eğer 500 gr ve üstü iri boy levrek kullanıyorsanız fırında daha güzel pişmesi için yanlarına birer çizik atabilirsiniz. Porsiyonluk levreklerde ise çizik atmanıza gerek yok. Aksi halde balık kuruyabilir.</p>
<p>Her ne şekilde olursa olsun balık pişirmenin en önemli püf noktası balığı fazla kurutmamak, hafif sulu bırakmaktır. Pişirme sonrası birkaç dk içerisinde zaten suyunu çekip en güzel kıvama gelecektir.
