<p>Son yıllarda sağlık beslenme konusundaki araştırmalar gösteriyor ki vücudumuzun ihtiyaç duyduğu <a href="https://baliktarifi.com/hamileler-ve-anne-babalar-hangi-balik-saglikli-hangisi-zararli" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><span style="color: #333399;"><strong>omega-3</strong></span></a> yağ asitleri için haftada en az 2 defa balık tüketmek gerekiyor. Ayrıca brokoli gibi potasyum, selenyum ve vitaminler açısından son derece faydalı sebzeleri de mevsiminde sıkça tüketmekte fayda var.</p>

<p>Bu yazıda sizler için omega-3 deposu somon balığı ve şifalı brokoli ile bir tarif derledik. <a href="https://baliktarifi.com/panko-japon-ekmek-kirintisi-nasil-yapilir" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Ekmek kırıntısı</strong></a>, parmesan ve limon kabuğu gibi malzemeler ile hazırladığımız sosu somon filetoların üzerine sürüyoruz. Önceden 5 dk gibi kısa süreli haşladığımız brokoliyi de zeytinyağı, sarımsak ile karıştırıp somonların etrafına dizip fırında pişiriyoruz.</p>

Rengini çok salmadan hafif yumuşaması yeterli.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2916-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Bir kap içerisinde haşlanıp soğuttuğunuz brokoliyi 2 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı, 1 diş dövülmüş sarımsak, tuz ve karabiber ile karıştırıp yağlı kağıt serdiğiniz tepsinin kenarlarına dizin. Eğer brokolileri biraz kızarmış seviyorsanız 200 derecede önceden ısıttığınız fırında 5 dk kadar pişirip ondan sonra balıkları ilave edebilirsiniz.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2916-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Somon filetoları tuz ve karabiber ile ovup tepsinin ortasına yerleştirin. Birbirine yapışmaması için aralarına biraz boşluk bırakabilirsiniz. Pişirme işlemine başladıktan sonra sizi bekleyen en zor şey zamanın bir önce geçmesini dileyerek bir an önce yemeğe başlama isteği olacak. Zira ortaya iştah açıcı bir görüntü ve koku çıkmaya başlayacak.</p>

<p>Karides genellikle <strong><a href="https://baliktarifi.com/tereyagli-sarimsakli-karides-tava-tarifi">tereyağı ve sarımsak ile tavada</a></strong> sade bir şekilde pişirilip öyle servis edilse de makarnalara da çok yakışıyor. Aslında temel mantık aynı. Tavada dilediğiniz baharatlarla tereyağında sarımsak ile pişirip makarnaya karıştırıyorsunuz.</p>

<p>Ispanakları 3-5 dk kavurduktan sonra diğer malzemeler ile karıştırıyoruz. Domatesi ise biraz daha iri parçalar şeklinde tamamen yumuşatmadan pişiriyoruz. Bu sayede lokma aralarında domatesin kendine has aroması ve tazeliğini hissedeceksiniz.</p>

<p>Karides seçiminde ufak boy çimçim kullanabileceğiniz gibi jumbo karides de kullanabilirsiniz. Eğer jumbo kullanacaksanız kuyruk bölümündeki kabukları üzerinde bırakabilirsiniz. Ancak ufak boy çimçim kullanacaksanız tümüyle temizlemenizi tavsiye ederim.</p>

<li>3 yemek kaşığı mayonez</li>
<li>100 gram kadar krem peynir</li>
<li>3 yemek kaşığı yoğurt</li>
<li>Yarım su bardağı mozzarella peynir (rendelenmiş)</li>
<li>1 çay bardağı parmesan peyniri</li>
<li>2 yemek kaşığı maydanoz (ince doğranmış)</li>
<li>Yarım çay kaşığı pul biber (isteğe bağlı)</li>

<h2>HAZIRLANIŞI:</h2>
<p>Karidesleri temizledikten sonra güzelce yıkayın ve suyunu süzün.</p>
<p>Bir tava içerisinde tereyağını eritip sarımsakları (ve kullanıyorsanız pul biberleri) hafif pembeleşene dek 1-2 dk kavurup karidesleri ilave edin.</p>
<p>Karidesi de 1 dk kadar kavurduktan sonra limon suyunu ilave edin ve limon suyu kaynamaya başladıktan 1 dk sonra ocağı kapatın.</p>
<p>Bir kap içerisinde tüm malzemeleri karıştırdıktan sonra ufak güveç kaplarına alın.</p>
<p>Önceden ısıtmış olduğunuz fırında 180 derecede 15 dk kadar peynirlerin üstü kızarana dek pişirin.</p>
