<p><strong>Palamutları</strong> isterseniz fileto, isterseniz takoz şeklinde halka halka şeklinde doğrayabilirsiniz. Her iki durumda da karnın iç kısmındaki kanı güzel temizlemenizi tavsiye ederim. Pişirme işlemine geçmeden bir kapta bol buzlu ve tuzlu su hazırlayıp palamutları bu su içerisinde bekletirseniz tüm kandan arındığını görebilirsiniz.</p>

<p>Ayrıca palamutun eti yumuşak olduğundan tuz ve karabiber ile ovarken nazik davranmalısınız.</p>
<p>Buğulama için yapışmaz bir pilav tenceresi kullanabilirsiniz. Soğanları ve maydanozları ince ince doğrayıp tencerenin dibine yayın. Palamutları ve üzerlerine limon dilimlerini yayın. Zeytinyağı ve yarım çay bardağı su ilave edip kapağını kapatın. Orta-kısık ateşte 30-35 dk kadar sürede pişirin. Şimdiden afiyet olsun 🙂</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Kılçıkları alınmış sardalyaları limon, soğan ve baharatlar eşliğinde tavada buğulama yapıyoruz. Bu tarifin farkı limon aromasını biraz artırarak çocukların ve balık kokusuna karşı hassas olanların da rahatlıkla balık yemelerine yardımcı olmak. Tabii ki dilerseniz limonu az tutabilir, domates ekleyebilir veya farklı baharatlar da kullanabilirsiniz.</p>
<p>Bir arkadaşımız 2 yaşındaki çocuğuna ancak bu şekilde balık yedirebildiğini söylemişti. Fırında, ızgarada veya <a href="https://baliktarifi.com/kilciksiz-sardalya-tava-tarifi" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>kızartarak</strong> </a>pişirse de küçük kızı balığı bir türlü yemiyormuş. Limonu biraz fazla tutarak bu şekilde pişirince ise neredeyse bir yetişkin kadar balık yemeye başlamış. Sanırım minik prenses biraz ekşi tatları seviyor. Siz de damak tadınıza göre bu tarifi güncelleyebilirsiniz.</p>
<p>Tavada balık buğulama yaparken asıl amaç balığı buharda daha sağlıklı bir şekilde pişirmektir. Buğulama sırasında genelde domates kullanıldığı için domatesin suyu bu buharı oluşturmaya yeter. Ancak biz bu tarifte domates kullanmadığımızdan su ilave ediyoruz.</p>

<p>Sardalyanın kılçığını alırsanız sofrada uğraşmak zorunda kalmazsınız. Gerçi ufak boy sardalya kullanırsanız kılçığı çok da rahatsız etmez ama yine de temizlemek isteyebilirsiniz. <p>Limon, zeytinyağı ve tuz kullanarak hazırladığımız sos içerisinde balıkları 15-20 dk marine ediyoruz. Soğanları halka şeklinde kesip yapışmaz pilav tenceresinin altına dizip üstüne terbiye ettiğimiz balıkları yerleştirip sosu gezdiriyoruz. Baharatları ve suyu da ilave edip kapağı kapalı şekilde orta ateşte pişiriyoruz. Şimdiden afiyet olsun 🙂</p>
