Burada önemli olan çorbanın suyunun aromasıdır. Eğer çorba suyu ağır kokulu ve yoğun olursa ne kadar faydalı olursa olsun içenler çok da memnun kalmayacaktır. Çorbanın suyunda balık aroması olmakla birlikte hafif bir tada sahip olmalı ve çok yoğun kıvamlı olmamalıdır. Kullandığınız sebzeler haricinde baharatlar ile de tatlandırabilir, ayrıca limon ile oldukça hafif bir lezzet sağlayabilirsiniz. Özellikle <strong><a class="aioseop-link" href="https://baliktarifi.com/cocuklar-icin-balikli-tarhana-corbasi">çocuklar için balık çorbası</a></strong> yapıyorsanız bu önemlidir.</p>



<p>Balık çorbasının suyunu çeşnilendirmek için en güzel seçenek aslında tavuk suyu yerine yine balık suyu. Daha önce balık çorbası yapmak için balık haşlamış ve suyunu süzüp buzluğa atmışsanız bunu kullanabilirsiniz. Biz bu tarifte herkes için kolay olması adına tavuk suyu kullandık. Daha önce haşladığınız tavuk suyunu buzluğa atmışsanız harika olur. Eğer bu da yoksa mecburen hazır bulyon kullanmanız gerekecek.</p>

<p>Balık çorbasını hazırlarken hangi balığı kullandığınız da önemli. Genellikle beyaz etli, kılçığı kolaylıkla ayıklanabilen ve aroması çok yoğun olmayan balıklar kullanılır. Yani fener balığı, kırlangıç balığı, adabeyi (iskorpit), somon, <strong><a class="aioseop-link" href="https://baliktarifi.com/firinda-levrek-tarifi-pratik-ve-lezzetli">levrek</a></strong>, çipura veya alabalık gibi balıklar çorba için idealdir. Maalesef bu saydıklarımın ilk üçü artık kolaylıkla bulunmuyor.</p>

Bu yazıda eşimin bulduğu balıklı tarhana çorbası tarifini paylaşıyorum. Oğlumuz bu sayede her hafta mutlaka balık ihtiyacını karşılamış oluyor. Umarım sizde de işe yarar. <p><strong>Doğada anne sütü haricinde sadece balıkta bulunan omega-3 yağ asitleri</strong> özellikle gelişim dönemlerinde çocukların bedensel ve zihinsel gelişimleri için olmazsa olmazlardandır. Bu sebeple balık yemeyi reddeden, balığı sevmeyen çocuklara doktorlar tarafından balık yağı veya <a href="https://baliktarifi.com/hangi-balikta-ne-kadar-omega-3-ve-civa-bulunur" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>omega-3</strong></a> kapsülleri verilmektedir. Tabii ki doğal beslenmenin önemini kavrayan ve buna göre yaşayan anne babalar bu tür omega-3 destekleri yerine balık yedirmeyi tercih ederler.</p>
<p>Balık sever bir anne baba olarak bebeğimizin balık yememesi durumuyla karşılaşınca ilk aşamada oldukça üzüldük (Hele beni düşünün :/ ) Her türden balığı ızgarada, fırında, buharda vb. farklı pişirme yöntemleri ile denesek de ilk başlarda yedirmekte başarılı olamamıştık. Balık denemelerinin ilk haftalarında bulduğumuz bu yöntem sayesinde fark ettirmeden olsa balık yedirebilmeyi başardık.</p>
<p><strong>Aslında yöntem oldukça basit: balık aromasını soğan ve sarımsak kullanarak baskılamak ve çorba içerisinde sunmak.</strong> Çorba konusunda dilerseniz sebze çorbası da hazırlayabilirsiniz. Oğlumuz tarhana çorbasını çok sevdiği için biz de tarhana çorbası içerisinde balık verdik ve gayet de güzel yedi. Hala haftada 2 gün farklı balıklar pişirip yedirmeye çalışıyoruz. Baktık yemiyor hemen tarhana çorbası içerisine ilave edip oradan yedirmeye devam ediyoruz.</p>

<p>Tarhana çorbasına gelince her yörenin kendine ait bir tarifi olsa da ana malzemeleri genel olarak un, yoğurt, soğan, domates, kırmızı biber, yeşil biber, nane, tuz ve baharattan oluşur. Anne usulü içerisinde yok yok denir ya o hesap! Bir dönem beslenme sorunu yaşadığımızda doktorumuz tarhana çorbası içsin başka bir şeye gerek yok demişti. Düşünün bu denli besleyici bir çorba içerisine bir de balık girdi mi başka da bir şeye ihtiyaç duymazsınız.</p>
<p><strong>Tariften bahsedelim:</strong> <strong>Beyaz etli olup baskın bir kokuya sahip olmadığı ve kılçık konusunda sorun yaşamamak için levrek veya çipura kullanıyoruz. Ama dilerseniz sardalya, hamsi, somon, uskumru gibi omega-3 yönünden daha zengin balıkları da kullanabilirsiniz.</strong> Fırında yağlı kağıtta sade bir şekilde balığı pişirdikten sonra etini ayırıyoruz. Burada biraz ince çalışmanız gerekli. Ardından soğan ve sarımsağı kavurup balığı ilave ediyoruz. Ilık su ilave edip önceden ıslatmış olduğumuz tarhanayı katıp kaynayana dek karıştırıyoruz. Her yörenin bir tarhana çorbası pişirme yöntemi vardır. Bildiğiniz yöntemle pişirmeye devam edin. Sadece en başta pişmiş balığı, soğan ve sarımsak ile kavurup katın yeterli. Dilerseniz pişmiş tarhana içerisine de katabilirsiniz.</p>
