Omega 3, epa, dha yağ asitlerinin yanında fosfor, demir, kalsiyum, A-D-E-B12 gibi vücudumuz ve sağlığımız için gerekli bir çok vitamin ve minerallari barındıran <strong>BALIK </strong>tam bir sağlık deposudur. Deniz ürünlerinin az tüketilmesi bazı durumlarda sağlık sorunlarına sebep olurken çok tüketilmesinin hemen hiç bir zararı yoktur. Diyet yapanların ve formda kalmak isteyenlerin menülerine deniz ürünlerini mutlaka eklemeleri gerekir.</p>
<p>Gelelim hangi balığın daha faydalı olduğu sorusuna. Aslında bu soruya aşağıdaki tabloya bakarak doğrudan şu balık daha faydalıdır diyebilmek güç. Zira tüm balıkların sağlığımız için faydalı olduğu bir gerçek (Japonya&#8217;da ve bazı ülkelerde olduğu gibi ağır civa taşıyan yunus ve balina tüketmediğinizi varsayıyorum).  Balığın cinsine göre, pişirilme yöntemine göre yağ oranı değişiklik gösterir ve sağlıklı olmasını biz genelde bu iki kritere göre değerlendiririz. <em><strong>Taşıdığı Omega 3 yağ asitleri yönünden en zengini olan somon balığı özellikle hamilelikte ve küçük çocukların gelişim evresinde haftada en azından 1 kez tüketmesi gereken bir deniz ürünüdür. Soğuk su balıklarından Uskumru, Alabalık (tatlı su balığı olsa da somon ile aynı familyadandır), Sardalya gibi balıklar da omega 3 yağ asitleri bakımından zengin ürünlerdir.</strong></em></p>
<p>Pişirme yöntemi olarak balığın yağ oranına göre bir seçim yapılması gerekmekle birlikte beslenme uzmanları en sağlıklı yöntem olarak ızgarayı (mangal kömürü değil elektrikli ızgara) tavsiye ederler. Balığın cinsine göre buharda veya fırında pişirmek de gayet sağlıklıdır. Mesela pratik ve lezzetli <a href="https://baliktarifi.com/firinda-cipura-tarifi-pratik-ve-lezzetli"><strong>fırında çipura</strong></a> tarifimize göz atabilirsiniz.</p>
<p>Aşağıda sizler için deniz ürünlerinin 100 gramında barındırdığı kalori, yağ, karbonhidrat ve protein miktarları tablo halinde verilmiştir. Tabloyu incelediğinizde hemen hiç bir deniz ürününde diyet yapanların özellikle uzak durduğu karbonhidrat bulunmadığını göreceksiniz. Barındırdığı vitaminler, yağ asitleri ve mineraller haricinde karbonhidrattan uzak bir gıda olması sebebiyle diyet uzmanları tarafından sıkça tüketilmesi tavsiye edilir.</p>

Genelde çoban salatası veya sade marul salatası tercih etsek de insan bazen farklı lezzetler denemek istiyor. Sizi hiç uğraştırmayacak oldukça pratik ama güzel bir salata yapmak istiyorsanız bu tarifi denemenizi öneririm. Mantar, bezelye ve maruldan oluşan bu salatayı dilediğiniz yemeğin veya etin yanında servis edebilirsiniz. Diyet yapanlar veya kilosuna dikkat edenler için de gayet doyurucu bir salata olacaktır.</p>
<p>Mantarı ve bezelyeyi eğer tazeden yapacak olsanız bile hazırlaması ve servis etmesi en fazla 20 dakikanızı alacaktır. Hele hazır pişmiş konserve ürünler kullanıyorsanız 5 dk ya salatanız hazır.</p>

<li>200 gr mantar (tazesini kullanabileceğiniz gibi hazır pişmiş konserve de kullanabilirsiniz.)</li>
<li>1 su bardağı bezelye (tazesini kullanabileceğiniz gibi hazır pişmiş konserve de kullanabilirsiniz.)</li>
<li>1 limon suyu</li>
<li>Zeytinyağı</li>
<li>Tuz</li>

<h2>HAZIRLANIŞI:</h2>
<p>Bezelye eğer taze ise öncelikle 2-3 bardak su içerisinde rengi değişene kadar yaklaşık 8-10 dk haşlayın.</p>
<p>Mantar da aynı şekilde eğer konserve değil de taze ise kabuklarını soyup iyice yıkadıktan sonra ince ince doğrayıp teflon tavada kapağını kapatarak 4-5 dk soteleyin.</p>
<p>Bir kap içerisinde zeytinyağı, limon suyu ve tuzu karıştırın ve bezelye ile mantarı da bu karışıma ilave edin.</p>
<p>Soslu karışımı vaktiniz varsa buzdolabında yarım saat kadar dinlendirin.</p>
<p>Marulları yıkadıktan sonra suyunu iyice süzdürün. Marketlerde, pazarlarda veya bir milyoncularda yeşillikleri kurutmak için plastik ürünler satılıyor eğer evinizde yoksa mutlaka almanızı tavsiye ederim.</p>
<p>Marulları salata tabağına koyduktan sonra mantar ve bezelye ile hazırladığımız soslu karışımı üzerine döküp hafifçe karıştırın.</p>
<p>Kenarlarını ince domates dilimleri ile süsleyebilirsiniz.</p>

<h2>HAZIRLANIŞI:</h2>
<p>Salata sosu için hardal, rendelenmiş limon kabuğu, limon suyu, zeytinyağı, sumak, tuz, karabiber ve pul biberi bir kapta karıştırın. Blender kullanırsanız sos daha iyi kıvama gelecektir. Biraz dinlenmesi için kenara alın.</p>
<p>Geniş bir kap içerisinde 1 adet konserve ton balığını açıp diğer tüm malzemeler ile birlikte güzelce karıştırın.</p>
<p>Hazırladığınız sosu ilave ederek tekrar karıştırın ve yarım saatliğine dinlenmesi için buzdolabına kaldırın.</p>
<p>Servis yapmadan önce nazikce tekrar karıştırın ondan sonra servis tabaklarına koyabilirsiniz.</p>
<p>Yanında domates dilimleri ile süslerseniz daha hoş bir görüntü olacaktır.</p>
