Bu yazıda basit ama oldukça lezzetli bir tarif hazırladık.</p>

<p><a href="https://baliktarifi.com/firinda-pratik-butun-levrek-tarifi" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Levreği fırında</strong> </a>pişirirken eğer üstünü yağlı kağıt ile kapatmazsanız 180 derecede normal ayarlarda yaklaşık 25-30 dakikada pişer. Patates ise 30-35 dakikayı bulur. Bunu dengeleyebilmek için patatesleri biraz ince doğramanız gerekir. İri boy levrek kullanacaksanız balıkların pişme süresi 30-35 dakikayı bulacağından patatesler ile hemen hemen aynı anda pişmiş olacaktır. Bu süreler fırınınızın tipine ve kullandığınız ayarlara göre değişmekle birlikte 5 dakika daha yukarı çekebilirsiniz. Dikkat etmeniz gereken tek şey balıkları kurutmayın.</p>

<p>Balıkların altına patatesleri yerleştirdikten sonra balıkların içine ve etrafına da bol miktarda limon dilimleri koyuyoruz. Birer adet defne yaprağı da oldukça hoş bir aroma verecek. Defne yaprağı yerine dilerseniz biberiye de kullanabilir, isteğe bağlı olarak balıkların iç kısmına kekik serpebilirsiniz.</p>

Bir kabın içerisinde tuz ve karabiber ile harmanlayıp yağlı kağıt serdiğiniz tepsiye yayın.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2885-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Levrekleri yıkayıp suyunu iyice süzdükten sonra içini ve dışını tuz ve karabiber ile iyice ovun. Balıkların içerisine limon dilimleri ile birlikte birer adet defne yaprağı yerleştirin.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2885-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Balıkların üzerine zeytinyağı gezdirip önceden ısıttığınız fırında 180 derecede 30-35 dk kadar pişirin.</div></li></ul></div></div>

Eğer patatesleri biraz kalın doğrarsanız bu süre biraz artabilir. 300-350 gr ebatlarında bir levreğin üstü açık bir şekilde pişme süresi yaklaşık 25-30 dk kadardır. Sayı veya ebat artarsa bu süre yaklaşık 5 dk kadar artar. Biraz iri boy levrek alırsanız patates ve levrekler hemen hemen aynı anda pişecektir. Balıklarınız ufaksa patatesleri ufak doğrayabilirsiniz.</span></div></div>

<p>Alabalık, tatlı su balıkları arasında belki de en lezzetli ve en faydalı olanlar balıklardan biri. Somon balığı ile aynı familyadan olması sebebiyle omega-3 yağ asitleri bakımından da oldukça zengindir. Alabalık tesislerinde genelde kiremitte farklı soslar ile yapılır ve tereyağı ile özdeşleşmiştir. Kılçığı yumuşak ve piştikten sonra kolayca ayrıldığından çocuklar için tercih edilen bir balıktır.</p>

<p>Alabalık, tatlı su balığı olduğu için kimileri tarafından ön yargıyla yaklaşanlar olabiliyor. Tattıklarında ise ön yargılarından dolayı pişman olup menülerine daha sık koyuyorlar. <strong>Alabalık</strong> soğuk ve temiz suyu seven bir balık. Az yağlı olduğundan genelde <strong>kızartması</strong> yapılır. Ancak dilerseniz ızgara ve fırında da pişirebilirsiniz. Kiremitte farklı soslarla da oldukça lezzetli olur.</p>

<p><a href="https://baliktarifi.com/tavada-tereyagi-soslu-alabalik-tarifi" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Tereyağlı alabalık</strong></a> denince yanlış anlaşılan bir husus var ki balığı tereyağında pişiremezsiniz. Tereyağı yanar. Balığı zeytinyağında (veya sıvı yağda) pişirdikten sonra henüz sıcakken üzerine tereyağı sürmelisiniz. Tereyağının aroması ile birleşince inanılmaz bir lezzet ortaya çıkar.</p>
<p>Bu yazıda limon, biberiye, maydanoz ve soğan ile hazırladığımız bir alabalık tarifi derledik. Alabalık genelde kızartılsa da buna benzer farklı aromalarla fırında da pişirebilirsiniz. Önemli olan balığı kurutmadan pişirmektir. Şimdiden afiyet olsun 🙂</p>

<p>Lezzetli ve <a href="https://baliktarifi.com/hangi-balikta-ne-kadar-omega-3-ve-civa-bulunur" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><span style="color: #333399;"><strong>Omega-3</strong></span></a> yağ asitleri bakımından da oldukça besleyici olan <span style="color: #333399;"><strong>ton balığını</strong></span> bir de makarna ile denemenizi şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. Bir dönem evde her hafta mutlaka yaptığımız bir nevi müptelası olduğumuz limon ve mayonezli ton balıklı makarna tarifini sizinle paylaşacağım.</p>

<p>Öğrenciler, bekarlar, evliler, yemek yapmayı sevmeyenler, yemeği sanata döndürenler, makarna sevenler, ton balığı sevenler, lezzet arayanlar, çocuğuna makarna yapmak isteyenler, çocuğu balık yemeyenler, zamanı olmayanlar veya zamanı bol olanlar, kısacası herkes için mükemmel bir tarif.</p>
<p>Hazırlaması da inanılmaz basit. Makarna haşlanırken bir yanda kap içerisinde ton balığı, limon suyu, mayonez ve tuzu karıştırın. Bir tavada soğanları kavurup maydanozu ilave edin. Soğuk sudan geçirdiğiniz makarnalar ile hepsini karıştırdınız mı yemeğiniz hazır.</p>

<p><strong>Herkesin damak tadı farklı olabilir ancak size tavsiyem bol limon kullanmanız. Eğer iri boy yerine küçük limon kullanıyorsanız 2 yerine 3 adet kullanabilirsiniz. Ayrıca mayonez konusunda da biraz bonkör davranabilirsiniz. Bol malzemeli olsun istiyorsanız (ki gayet güzel olur) yarım paket makarna için de aynı ölçüleri kullanabilirsiniz.</strong></p>
