Simple Oven-Baked Sea Bass

- 1 Quantity Sea Bass
- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Quantity Lemon
- 2 pinches Fresh Thyme
Instructions
- After washing the fish, drain the water. If you are making large sea bass, make a few scratches on the sides so that it cooks well.
- Place the thyme and lemon slices inside the fish. You can also scatter them around and on top.
- Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl and pour over the fish.
